Johannesburg

Arrived in Jo'burg safely. The airport is festooned with advertisements for the 2010 World Cup. Quite nice actually. The hotel shuttle driver had to remind the American that soccer is not our strong sport. "The US did better than I expected," he said. I knew it would do no good to mention that the Yankees are in the ALCS,again.

Tomorrow it's on to Lusaka, Zambia. By the end of the day I'll be in Samfya.

Haha, you would put a Yankees reference in there Dr. Sanchez! Yeah, soccer's not our strong sport for sure. And I'm not surprised to hear that the big areas of Africa are quite updated for technology. I'll be praying for your time there!
