Big day. Nathan went to DL.

5K. 28:57. Slow, but in strength.

Training for the 2011 Lake Geneva Triathlon starts today!

5.1 mile run then 1.9 mile walk home! Knee held up fine. Sore after but ice helps.

5K. 30:45. Ice and snow on the ground. Knee held up. Mubarak resigned the presidency of Egypt today. God raises kings up and brings them down.

Wednesday. Ice and snow on the ground. 5k. Knee tightened up. Had to walk the hill home.
